Most of my 
immediate friends and family they know that I have been a vegetarian most of my life but for the past several years I have became a staunch Vegan. I am most proud of my journey since part of my daily life involves being in the presence of horses which I feel is one of the most precious and beautiful creations. Having made this final pledge to Veganism I am curious and constantly challenged by the “life-style”. Being an avid animal lover my whole life I now feel as if I am honoring all living beings.
